Our garden is where our chefs can be found gathering fresh ingredients minutes before tossing them into delicious dishes. There’s basil, rosemary and sorrel. Aubergines ripen in the sun alongside rows of crisp courgettes, cavalo nero and numerous varieties of tomatoes.
All this is tended to by a group of young people with disabilities who delight in the opportunity to work and socialise. They also take care take care of Genaro our happy donkey, and his best friend Dante the goat. Each morning the team gather fresh eggs from our flock of hens. We are very proud of our farm team and their valuable contribution to Borgo San Felice’s sustainable commitments.
