Discover the authentic flavors of Tuscan tradition guided by Chef Stelios, with dishes served for both lunch and dinner. You may begin with our artichoke flan scented with mint and accompanied by tomatoes from our Orto and Aia Felice. Our pasta and bread are freshly handmade in-house every day.
In the evening, the table celebrates tradition with the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a magnificent T-bone steak grilled over an open flame, beautifully paired with a Chianti San Felice. To finish, enjoy Chef Stelios’ refined Sienese interpretation of Tiramisù.
There are hundreds of pasta shapes, each designed for the sauce typical to their region. Alessia and the Osteria team prepare a neat selection. Look for Crespelle, the fine Tuscan pancake, filled with asparagus, lemon and prawns. Maltagliati is the rough cut pasta from northern Italy which we serve with a butter and truffle sauce.
